Delivery & returns

We manufacture in Granada, Spain, and ship across the European Union. Here is everything you need to know before and after you buy.

Delivery times

• Mainland Spain: 2–4 working days.
• Mainland Portugal: 3–5 working days.
• France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium: 4–7 working days.
• Rest of the European Union: 5–9 working days.
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: ask us before ordering, times and costs vary.

Orders confirmed before 2:00 pm (CET) leave the same working day. If an item is made to order, you will see the exact lead time on the product page before you pay.

Carriers

• Mainland Spain: we ship with MRW.
• Other destinations: we will confirm the carrier when we prepare your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to the destinations promoted in the shop. If your address carries a zone or oversized-parcel surcharge, you will see it in the order summary before paying. We never charge anything you have not seen at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order leaves our warehouse we email you the tracking number and the MRW link (mainland Spain) or the assigned carrier. You can also check the status in your account, under "My orders".

Delivery day

• Bean bags travel compressed in large boxes, so make some room for them.
• Delivery is to your building entrance or your door, depending on the area and the carrier.
• Check the parcel in front of the courier. If the box arrives damaged, note it on the delivery slip and email us at info@fiakers.com with photos the same day.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order if it is not right for you. That is an extended window we offer voluntarily: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal stays fully intact.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.
• Custom-made items or made-to-measure combinations are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Direct return costs are yours, unless the product arrived faulty or was not what you ordered.

How to return

1. Email us at info@fiakers.com or open a request from "My orders" with your order number and the items.
2. We confirm the return address and, where applicable, arrange the collection.
3. Pack the product and hand it to the carrier.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product or proof that you sent it.

Size, fabric or colour exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order, so you can be sure the new combination is in stock. Get in touch and we will sort it out with you.

Warranty

All our products carry a 3-year statutory conformity warranty. If something is wrong, send photos and your order number to info@fiakers.com and we will fix it.
