3. Personal data we process

Depending on your relationship with our online store, we may process the following categories of data:

• Identification data: name, surname, postal address, phone number and email address.
• Account or order data: products purchased, configurations chosen, shipping and billing addresses, purchase history and related communications.
• Payment data: processed by the relevant payment provider or gateway; we do not store full bank card details.
• Browsing and device data: IP address, technical identifiers, browser type, language, pages visited and cookie or similar technology data (see our Cookie Policy).
• localStorage data: information about the products in your cart stored on your device to improve your shopping experience.
• Stock alert subscription data: email address, requested product variant, language and registration date.

4.1. Order management and contractual relationship

We process your data to handle your purchase, prepare shipment, manage incidents, handle returns and comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We respond to your enquiries, requests or complaints sent by email, phone or site forms. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in assisting you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4.3. Stock availability alerts

If you subscribe to receive an alert when a variant is back in stock, we use your email address exclusively for that purpose. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4.4. Marketing communications

We will only send you newsletters or promotions if you have given us your express consent or, where applicable, if you are a customer and the communication relates to similar products, in accordance with applicable e-commerce and electronic communications rules. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4.5. Security and site improvement

We analyse technical use of the site to ensure it works properly, prevent fraud and improve the browsing experience. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or consent where required by law or the technology used.

5. Retention periods

• Customer and order data: for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the periods required by commercial, tax and consumer law (typically 4 to 6 years, or longer if a claim or proceeding exists).
• Stock alert data: until we send the alert, you withdraw your consent, or 12 months pass without product availability, whichever occurs first.
• Browsing and cookie data: as indicated in our Cookie Policy.
• Marketing data: until you request to unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

6. Recipients and processors

Your data may be disclosed, where necessary for the purposes stated, to:

• Shipping and courier companies for delivery of your order.
• Payment providers and financial institutions to process the transaction.
• Hosting, website maintenance, email, analytics or management tool providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
• Public authorities where there is a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. International transfers

We prefer that your data be processed within the European Economic Area. If a provider located outside the EEA is essential, we will ensure an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or other mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.

• Erasure: to request deletion of your data where applicable.

• Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise your rights, write to info@fiakers.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will respond within one month, extendable by a further two months in complex cases.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence if you consider that processing does not comply with applicable law.

9. Minors

Our products are intended for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that we have received data from a minor without valid consent from their representatives, we will delete it.

10. Security measures

Fiaka Ambient, S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), access controls and backups.

11. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
